Refund Policy for Inbound Packages

First Installment – Refundable (service charge and the government fee will be deducted).

Second Installment – Non-refundable.

Third Installment – Non-refundable.
Please note that all refunds related to air tickets and hotel accommodations are governed exclusively by the terms and conditions of the respective airline and hotel. Our company does not have control over their refund policies, and any such requests will be processed in accordance with their specific rules and regulations.
Refund Policy for Outbound Packages

A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 28 days prior to the scheduled service date.

For cancellations made between 14 and 27 days prior, a 50% refund will be provided.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the service date.
