After breakfast, begin your journey toward Dambulla, with an exciting stop en route at the Millennium Elephant Foundation. In the morning of Day 03 you may visit Sigiriya Rock Fortress, also known as the “Lion Rock.”

This ancient royal citadel rises nearly 200 meters above the surrounding plains and offers breathtaking panoramic views at the summit. In the late afternoon, set off on a thrilling jeep safari at Minneriya National Park, best known for its large gatherings of wild elephants near the Minneriya Tank.

Especially during the dry season, hundreds of elephants can be seen grazing, bathing, and socializing, making it one of Asia’s greatest wildlife spectacles. You might also spot monkeys, deer, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species during the safari.

Popular attractions include the hike to Little Adam’s Peak, offering panoramic views, a walk along the iconic Nine Arches Bridge, and a visit to the picturesque Ravana Falls.
