Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your relationship with Vacation Vibes (Pvt) Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) regarding the provision of travel planning and related services (“services”). By using our services or engaging in our booking process, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility & Account Use

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make bookings with us.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date personal and travel information.

  • If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A booking constitutes an offer to purchase travel services. We will confirm acceptance via written confirmation or invoice.

  • Depending on the supplier, full or partial payment may be required before booking confirmation.

  • All payments are processed securely via trusted third-party processors. We do not store full payment details.

3. Prices & Fees

  • Prices are subject to availability and may change until booking is confirmed.

  • Additional costs such as service fees, taxes, entry permits, and insurance are the responsibility of the traveler unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Each supplier (e.g., airline, hotel, tour operator) has its own cancellation policy. Please review carefully before booking.

  • If you cancel, applicable supplier cancellation fees will apply. We may also charge a service fee.

  • In rare cases where we cancel a booking, we will offer alternatives or a refund. Our liability is limited to the cost of services booked through us.

5. Travel Documents & Responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and meet all health and entry requirements.

  • We may provide guidance, but final responsibility rests with the traveler.

6. Changes by Suppliers

  • Suppliers may change or cancel services (e.g., schedules or prices). We will inform you promptly and work to find alternatives, but we disclaim liability for supplier errors or changes.

7. Liability & Indemnity

  • We act as an agent for independent service providers and are not responsible for their defaults or negligence.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant services.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or costs arising from misuse of our services or the provision of false information.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content (including website text, images, and brochures) is owned by Vacation Vibes (Pvt) Ltd. or our licensors.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without prior written consent.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

  • Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the court specified in your booking agreement.
