Children must be accompanied by an adult. Height and age limits apply on some rides — the operator confirms these at booking.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times inside the park.
Food and beverages are not permitted inside the park, and smoking is strictly prohibited.
Photography is allowed, but avoid using flash near the animals.
Last entry to the park is at 5 pm.
Do not touch, handle or feed the animals on your own; some encounters, such as the Reptile Encounter, let you hold a python with a staff member assisting you.
By Metro: Take the Red Line to Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station, then take a taxi to City Walk.
By Car: Use City Walk C2 underground parking, located near The Green Planet.
